Jeffrey Berstein

He and his team have completed over twenty-five acquisitions and have built an organic growth platform that has grown by double digits in each of the last twenty-five years. Today, ImageFIRST is by far the largest supplier of healthcare linen services in the United States. Jeffrey and his team built the business on a foundation of family values and an unwavering commitment to exceeding the expectations of their clients.

Jeffrey began accompanying his father to the laundry plant on Saturdays as a young child and spent his early years working in the family business that eventually became ImageFIRST. After graduating from Boston University, he continued his career in the family business, developing its direct sale uniform division. He gradually began taking over additional responsibilities in the business, becoming companywide president in 1996. In 2018, the Berstein family sold a controlling interest in ImageFIRST to a leading middle market private equity firm. In 2020, after grooming his successor, Jeffrey stepped aside from the CEO role and moved into a role as vice chairman of ImageFIRST.

Today, Jeffrey enjoys investing in teams and providing them with the tools they need to generate breakthrough results. Besides his role at ImageFIRST, Jeffery is involved in numerous business ventures and is active in the family foundation and other charitable endeavors. He enjoys boating, skiing, physical fitness, travel, and spending time with his family and friends in suburban Philadelphia and Florida.
