Joe has spent the last thirty years of his career with ImageFIRST. He began as financial controller and was promoted to various roles including general manager, vice president of operations, and chief operating officer/chief people officer.
During these years, he was part of a team that grew ImageFIRST from a single processing facility to the largest supplier of healthcare linen services in the United States, with over sixty locations and three thousand employees. Prior to his time with ImageFIRST, Joe received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from La Salle University. He then served as a certified public accountant and audit manager with Price Waterhouse where he was part of their middle market group.

Pearle Vision was ranked the #1 health franchise in North America by Entrepreneur magazine in 2018. The Company provides comprehensive eyecare services (>44% of sales) and prescribes contacts / glasses (<56% of sales).
In 2021 Northwoods Partners acquired a minority stake in Pearle Vision in partnership with Riviera Capital Partners.

Founded in 1991, Island Master Locksmith is a diverse security solutions company with over 3,500 customers throughout the Northeast including bank branches, corporations, commercial, industrial, and institutions. Island Master Locksmith specializes in vault and safety deposit preventative maintenance as well as door repair and servicing.
In April 2023, Northwoods Partners acquired a majority stake in Island Master Locksmith
H2O Power Equipment Company is Colorado’s largest full service industrial Pressure Washer, Parts Washer, Waste Oil Heater, and Industrial Wash Bay/Water Recycling company. H2O Power Equipment has been an industry leader for over 25 years and specializes in distributing environmentally friendly products.
