Pearle Vision was ranked the #1 health franchise in North America by Entrepreneur magazine in 2018. The Company provides comprehensive eyecare services (>44% of sales) and prescribes contacts / glasses (<56% of sales).
In 2021 Northwoods Partners acquired a minority stake in Pearle Vision in partnership with Riviera Capital Partners.

Founded in 1991, Island Master Locksmith is a diverse security solutions company with over 3,500 customers throughout the Northeast including bank branches, corporations, commercial, industrial, and institutions. Island Master Locksmith specializes in vault and safety deposit preventative maintenance as well as door repair and servicing.
In April 2023, Northwoods Partners acquired a majority stake in Island Master Locksmith
H2O Power Equipment Company is Colorado’s largest full service industrial Pressure Washer, Parts Washer, Waste Oil Heater, and Industrial Wash Bay/Water Recycling company. H2O Power Equipment has been an industry leader for over 25 years and specializes in distributing environmentally friendly products.
